Iryna Vilgash
Founder of MINDS C&C | Executive Coach and Adviser | Leadership and Organisational Development
Iryna Vilgash is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, educator, ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Adviser with more than 20 years of experience across entrepreneurship, international education, corporate insurance and business management.
She is the Founder of MINDS Coaching & Consulting and Wake Up Education. Through MINDS C&C, she advises executives, founders, leadership teams and organisations on strengthening leadership effectiveness, strategic alignment, organisational capability and execution in complex and changing environments.
Her background combines entrepreneurial leadership with more than a decade of corporate experience in sales, business development and work with B2B, institutional and international clients, including banks, embassies, construction companies and non-governmental organisations.
Her experience across aviation, health and banking insurance gave her a practical understanding of risk, responsibility, stakeholder expectations and decision-making in high-trust environments. In 2014, she founded Wake Up Education, an international education company supporting young people and families in making informed educational choices and accessing study opportunities abroad.
Today, Iryna works at the intersection of executive performance, leadership systems, organisational development, market adaptation and international partnerships. Her approach combines strategic insight, structured reflection and a clear focus on business context, leadership capability and practical outcomes.
