Founder of MINDS C&C / Qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach
A brief profile of the founder:
Iryna Vilgash is a serial entrepreneur in the global education space. She established her first education company Wake Up in 2014.
Before that she served as General Manager and Director in international insurance companies and commercial property sectors. For a decade Iryna Vilgash was a key player in corporate sales insurance: aviation risks, health insurance, and banking insurance.
As a qualified educator and a business leader, she has always been committed to the philosophy that human potential is the greatest resource.
MINDS C&C was established (2022) to bring transformational and lasting change to business leaders, here in Ukraine and worldwide.
She trained as an executive coach with the British School of Coaching in Great Britain (2018-2021). Her world-recognized qualification is ILM Level 7 (Masters equivalent) in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. She has been a member of the professional Association for Coaching (Great Britain) and upholds the AC Global Code of Ethics.
The major turning point was the full scale war in Ukraine (2022).
After providing corporate coaching for more than 15 years, serving individuals and international organizations, Iryna Vilgash has decided to start a company based in Kyiv, Ukraine and well-positioned for a global collaboration.
We had no inspirational event.
But it was our choice to stand with Ukraine doing what we are excellent at.
