MINDS Coaching & Consulting
MINDS Coaching & Consulting provides individual coaching, leadership development, organisational culture development, organisational development, consulting, and education-related services.
The fees listed below are provided as baseline reference fees for online payment purposes. Each engagement is shaped individually, with the final scope, format, duration, and terms agreed with the client; these terms may be confirmed in a separate agreement, invoice, or other mutually agreed document.
For corporate, organisational, and consulting projects, the fee structure may be tailored to the nature of the engagement and may include a fixed fee, a project-based fee, or a performance-based component linked to agreed business outcomes.
Individual Coaching Terms & Fees
Baseline fees, contracting terms, and payment conditions for individual coaching services. The Discovery Session is complimentary and is not subject to online payment.
To support a thoughtful and trust-based start, clients may book and pay for the first coaching session separately before committing to a full coaching journey. If the client chooses to continue, this first session may be included in the agreed journey, with a minimum total of four sessions. Further sessions may be added individually, up to a six-session journey, depending on the client’s goals, progress, and context.

Education-Related Guidance Services: Terms & Fees
MINDS Coaching & Consulting provides education-related consulting and guidance services for clients exploring academic, educational, vocational, and professional pathway decisions.
These services may include professional and career orientation, personalised search of universities and academic programmes, and application process support.
The Discovery Session is complimentary and is not subject to online payment. Education-related guidance services are shaped individually depending on the client’s goals, academic interests, target countries, preferred programmes, and the level of support required. The final scope and terms may be confirmed in a separate agreement, invoice, or other mutually agreed document.

Contracting Note
Online payment does not replace an individually agreed service contract where such a contract is required for a specific engagement.
For corporate, organisational, consulting, and long-term advisory projects, the parties may sign a separate agreement defining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, confidentiality terms, fees, and payment schedule.
Payment Note
For clients who are residents of Ukraine, fees indicated in EUR are payable in UAH at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine effective on the invoice date.
For non-resident clients, payments may be made in EUR in accordance with the agreed invoice, agreement, or other mutually accepted payment document.
