In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

MINDS Coaching and Consulting provides coaching and educational services to its clients. These services include but are not limited to executive development, individual coaching, facilitation, career transition, burnout prevention, and executive presence.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the website and services in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- You agree not to use the website in a way that may harm the reputation of MINDS Coaching and Consulting or interfere with other users’ use of the website.

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
