Without doubt burnout coaching or wellbeing coaching – in other words, is one of the most effective strategies helping individuals working remotely or in hybrid settings.

The coaching tools help these people to feel a sense of connection and care, first of all.

Besides, a wellbeing coach assists individuals with their management skills in both personal and social areas.

It impacts on their understanding of purpose, performance, and satisfaction at work.

What’s the difference between burnout coaching and therapy?

Wellbeing coaching helps clients to identify the causes of their burnout and maintain / improve / achieve work-life balance.

The focus is on the ability of the client to create healthy lifestyle and holistic wellbeing.

Burnout coaches or wellbeing coaches help clients to set goals, priorities, and boundaries to perform in a resourceful way.

‘What not to do” is one of the most efficient exercises we work with during these burnout sessions.

It is not about mental health treatment of depression, anxiety or other mental disorders.

No prescribed medications are used.

Burnout coaching and therapy are quite different areas of activities.

What is important is that, in most cases, burnout coaches don’t even interact with clients who are under the care of a mental health professional in order not to do harm.
