MINDS Coaching & Consulting services were successfully introduced to the government officials, both business and municipal leaders in the United Kingdom.
Our founder, Iryna Vilgash, visited ministry level events having deep conversations with change-making leaders regarding leadership solutions and performance coaching.
She used her assertive voice to articulate that our Ukrainian leadership company could be helpful for both Ukrainian businesses relocated to the UK and local senior leaders in the United Kingdom.
Definitely, as qualified coaches, educated in the UK and based in Ukraine, we offer value-added, which is an international mindset.
In addition we have a lot to offer in the context of taking high risks and working under pressure and uncertainty: our approach to resist, like active shapers, in the battle-space during the Russia’s war against Ukraine is worth sharing with the world.
